Welcome to 2012 - As of the Middle of January: I have 7 New Deals already selling and more on the way! Buyers are HOT to Trot and there are deals. All I can say is join the fun. Interest rates are sooo good right now. It makes a lot of sense to get into this market.  Market Inventory is LOW in the Coastal Markets. Morro Bay, Cayucos, Pismo Beach & Avila Beach and SLO are pretty slim pickin's. Cambria and Arroyo Grande still have pretty good inventory to pick from and there are some really good deals too pick through.

BE READY is the game! When a HOT buy comes on the market there are plenty of real qualified buyers available immediately! I am aggressively keeping an EYE on it all. I know the coastal markets very well and work throughout the county!
