End of year strategy!!!???
There is actually some inventory out there...certainly more than earlier in the year...BUT...Due to the price increases the market is a bit stagnant which to me seems like it may be "ripe for the pickin"...You'll have to do some selective hunting for the deals, but they are THERE.
Interest Rates are looking good in the 4's...certainly something to take advantage of if you are ready to go...they bumped up mid year and now a bit lower. Let's hope they keep the trend down.
